We do offer a free shuttle service between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The shuttle is competently, being a small company the shuttle is not available all of the time. When it is available, the shuttle will pick you up from your hotel or the airport during these hours. When you return, we will also take you back to your hotel or the airport. On the day of your rental, give us a call to see if the shuttle is available that day. Call 30 minutes prior to your rental pickup time or after you have gotten your baggage from baggage claim and we will be right there. If you have a car, we have plenty of free parking at all of our locations.

All renters must be at least 21 years old. Some of our higher end cars you will need to be at least 25 years old. You will need a major credit card, (debit cards can be used but you must contact the rental office before using them). You will need to show us a valid driver's license with photograph when you come to pick up your car. Some cars have a surcharge for renters under 25 years old.

To rent a motorcycle you will need your motocycle license from where you live. We can not take temp learning permits. You will need to be 21 years old or older. With the rental you get helmets at no charge, locks and great maps. We also have leather jackets for rent. Speaking of Maps, when you come in we can tell you of some great places to go riding.
Nevada state law requires you wear a helmet and eye-protection while riding. A helmet is provided with every rental at no additional cost.

Do you only rent in the Las Vegas area?
The cars we rent are available for pick up and drop off at our Las Vegas, Nevada locations. We do deliver cars to California, Utah and Arizona, there is a delivery fee that applies. You are able to use the Dream Cars to go anywhere you like in the states around Nevada (California, Utah, Arizona), as long as you bring it back to fabulous Las Vegas. If you go out of state there is a fee for out of state driving. You can not take our vehicles to Mexico at anytime. There is no driving to the West Rim of the Grand Canyon since this is a dirt road. If you do go to the West Rim a fee will be assessed to your rental contract.

Do you charge by the day or what?
We have three ways to rent these vehicles. You can do a full day, which is 24 hours. Or if you do not have that much time, we offer 5-hour/half day rentals. These 5 hours are from 8am to 1pm, or 1pm to 6pm. If you rent for 3 or more days we take up to 10% off. There is no refund for early returns.

Do I need a reservation?
We highly recommend you to make a reservation at least 72 hours in advance for high end (luxury and up) and 48 hours in advance for other vehicles. We will need a credit card and the hotel you will be staying at to hold the car or motorcycle for you. We do not charge your credit card until you pick up the vehicle.
We have a 72-hour cancellation policy if you do not cancel before the 72 hours you will be billed the amount of your rental.

Can I have an additional driver?
Yes you can. There are no additional fees for spouses on standard vehicles.
