Bonnie Springs And Old Nevada
The Wild West comes alive when you visit Bonnie Springs with your luxury car rental. This is a replica of an 1880s mining town built on the 115-acre Bonnie Springs Ranch. Only thirty minutes from Las Vegas with your luxury car rental brings the past alive. The boarded sidewalks, saloons, tumbleweeds, stagecoaches, and even a Boot Hill Cemetery.
In 1843 the Bonnie Springs Ranch was built to serve as a stop for the wagons making their way down the Old Spanish Trail to California. In 1952, it was turned into a tourist attraction with a restaurant, cocktail lounge, petting zoo, and motel.
This is a great attraction near Las Vegas for the whole family. There is a petting zoo for kids, cowboys and cowgirls, and a mini train ride. On weekends and holidays, there is a show where kids participate to help track down the “bad guy”. This mining town will give you a little taste of the of the old days. There are simulated gunfights in the street, and even a public “hanging” with a stuntman. The drama all plays out in front of you. There is even a shooting gallery where you can try your hand at making the shot. There is also a museum with some antique treasures. Here you can find an antique gaming table, an organ from 1880, a lighted projector from 1875, and many more interesting pieces.
Gettin’ Hitched
If you are planning on getting married in Las Vegas, there is a little chapel here that you can use. The wedding will be in the “Old West” style, and it is only a thirty minute trip with your luxury car rental. There are many different packages you can choose from to suit your style and budget.

During the summer, Bonnie Springs Old Nevada is open from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. during the summer and until 5 p.m. in the winter. The cost is $7 per car during the week and $10 on the weekend for your luxury car rental.
To get there with your luxury car rental, drive south on the Interstate 15 to State Route 160 through Blue Diamond. The entrance to Bonnie Springs is on the left. On the weekends and holidays there is a miniature train ride available from the parking lot to the ranch free of charge.
Red Rock Canyon
Red Rock Canyon is also close to Bonnie Springs Old Nevada once you are there with your luxury car rental. This area is very significant for geology in southern Nevada. You can also relax and enjoy being a part of nature before heading back to the bright lights of Las Vegas. The Keystone Thrust Fault is a very important feature of the area, where one of the earth’s plates was pushed on top of another about 65 million years ago. Here you can see a sharp contrast between the two plates: one is grey and the other is red. There is a loop that you can drive along to see the area, with many stops along the way where you can park your luxury car rental and take a hike. Be sure to bring plenty of water!
