The Rules
Getting married in Las Vegas has a few rules, just like any other state, but don’t worry; a quick drive in your exotic rental car will cover all the basics! In order to be married in Las Vegas you and your significant other must be an unrelated man and woman who have reached their 18th birthday. If you are under 18 years of age you’ll have to bring a parent along in your exotic rental car to o.k. the nuptials. Clark County insists that both you and your bride/husband to be appear at the Marriage License Bureau on the first floor of the County Courthouse at 200 S. 3rd Street. The cost for a marriage license in Vegas is $55 (cash only please) and there is absolutely no waiting! Blood tests are not required but a witness other than the individual performing the licensing ceremony must be present.
